Overview

Contributed to a winning digital strategy pitch for Dolce & Gabbana as part of a team of three junior members and one senior lead. Supported the proposal by consolidating market, competitor, search, and customer journey insights into strategic recommendations for the Korean luxury market.

  • Developed a brand factbook consolidating market, competitor, and campaign insights

  • Analyzed search query trends, ad spend, and competitor campaign activity across luxury brands

  • Reviewed Dolce & Gabbana’s customer journey to identify marketing and conversion opportunities

  • Supported Kakao channel strategy, including content direction, twice-monthly communication planning, and emoji campaign ideas
