Valentino Search & Display Ads Campaign

Overview

Managed Valentino’s always-on search advertising and three one-week display advertising campaigns over a four-month period on Naver, South Korea’s leading search platform, overseeing media planning, budget allocation, execution, and performance monitoring. (Mar 2023 – Jun 2023)


My role

  • Managed always-on search advertising (brand search) to maintain visibility for branded queries

  • Planned and executed three one-week display advertising campaigns

  • Developed and adjusted media mix plans across search and display channels

  • Managed display campaign budget of ~$13K USD per campaign, ensuring efficient allocation and no overspending

  • Coordinated campaign scheduling, including temporary pause and reactivation based on site conditions

  • Updated and reviewed creative assets based on platform guidelines

  • Produced campaign reports to track CTR, impressions, clicks, spend, and delivery

  • Evaluated premium vs. standard search placements to balance visibility, brand positioning, and cost efficiency

  • Monitored performance and adjusted budget allocation and campaign settings accordingly

  • Maintained stable campaign operations with no budget overspending issues

  • Delivered higher-than-estimated CTR across campaigns

  • Achieved strong engagement performance, with peak Display Ads results reaching 1.31% CTR and 128% of planned clicks despite limited impression delivery
