Developed an SMB brand growth strategy around Korean bubble tea identity, community connection, sustainability, and Korean culture relevance. Content directions included Korean holiday campaigns, campus engagement, K-pop fandom activations, staff recommendation content, sign-language menu content, app activation, giveaways, and creator collaborations.
Buddy Plus
Developed a market-entry Instagram strategy for a premium indoor golf simulator entering the Toronto market. The direction focused on launch visibility, membership acquisition, simulator experience content, junior golfer content, customer trust, informational posts, weather-based indoor golf positioning, and lifestyle-driven Reels.
Insta Ramen
Developed a B2B-focused Instagram strategy for an instant ramen machine business. The direction positioned Instagram as both a product education channel and a lead-generation tool, using certification content, Asian grocery store proof point, self-serve ramen culture, pop-up concepts, and use-case storytelling for karaoke rooms, board game cafés, offices, food-service spaces, and indoor golf lounges.
